Section titled “Learn the workspace”These are the areas most editorial teams use first:
- Discover: Monitor keywords or URLs and collect relevant findings
- Transcriptions: Upload interviews and turn them into quotes and drafts
- Bulk add: Run one template across many sources and review the batch
- Templates: Define how generated drafts should read
- Theme Studio: Design document themes that a Document template can fill
- Projects: Group related drafts with shared sources, feeds, and instructions
- Content Studio: Edit drafts, attach sources, ask Jo, and publish
- Document Studio: Open a generated file, refine pages, and download it
- Queue: Review AI-generated pieces before they become drafts you own
- Settings: Account, publisher, email aliases, and integration options
Do one useful thing first
Section titled “Do one useful thing first”The fastest way to learn Edisource is to complete one monitoring workflow:
- Open Discover
- Create a keyword or URL feed
- Write systematic instructions for what “relevant” means
- Run the feed once and review the results before turning on a schedule
If you need several sources on the same desk, keep each feed focused and put them in a feed group.
When you are ready to turn findings into drafts, create a template so Jo and editors get the same story form every time.
If you already know the source you want to watch, start with a URL feed. If you are tracking a topic across the web, start with a keyword feed.
